Important
Information about Procedures for Obtaining a Mortgage
Loan
To help us prevent fraud and to assist the government in
fighting the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, we are obtaining, verifying, and recording
information that identifies each person who obtains a
mortgage loan with us. What this means for you: When you
obtain a mortgage loan, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth, and other information that will
allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your
driver's license or other identifying documents.

You verify that all of the information you have provided
in the prequalification request is true and complete.
You authorize PennWest Home Equity Services Corp ("we",
"us" or "our") to check your credit (including ordering
a consumer credit bureau report) and employment history,
to answer questions regarding your credit history with
us, and provide that information to credit bureaus and
to return our decision to you via telephone, facsimile,
mail or internet, at our option. You understand that the
providers and we may keep this information, whether or
not you pre-qualify for a loan. You acknowledge that
this is NOT an application for credit. YOU UNDERSTAND
THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATION WITH US
AND FULFILL ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICATION
BEFORE WE WILL CONSIDER THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN
MADE TO US AND BEFORE WE WILL EXTEND TO YOU A LOAN
OFFER.
The interest rate quoted in connection with the loan you
select is subject to change without notice unless and
until an application as described above has been
submitted and accepted by us and we have informed you of
approval of your loan request, and, as applicable, an
interest rate lock-in agreement has been made between
you and us. If you enter a lock-in agreement with us and
are required to pay a lock-in fee, the terms and
conditions under which the lock-in fee may be refunded,
if any, will be set by us in the agreement.

Federal Disclosures
As mandated by federal law, we are required by the Truth
in Lending Act (TILA) and, for loans secured by real
property, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act
(RESPA) to provide the following information to you only
if an application, as described above, is made:
Good faith estimates of your settlement cost Federal
booklet entitled "Consumer Handbook on Adjustable Rate
Mortgages" and our ARM Loan Program Disclosure Statement
Notices concerning possibility of your mortgage loan
servicing being transferred to another institution. Your
right to a copy of any appraisal, if any, performed on
your home.

Lender. As prohibited by federal law, we do not engage
in business practices that discriminate on the basis of
race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital
status, age (provided you have the capacity to enter
into a binding contract), because all or part of your
income may be derived from any public assistance
program, or because you have, in good faith, exercised
any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The
federal agency that administers our compliance with
these federal laws is the Federal Trade Commission,
Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC, 20580.

security of your information. Although we have taken
certain steps to ensure that your personal information
is delivered and disclosed only to us, we cannot
guarantee that the personal information you provide will
not be intercepted by others.

Pennsylvania Department of Banking and is an Equal
Housing Lender. We provide home loans as a residential
mortgage lender in 11 states through out the United
States. We strive to provide our customers with
exceptional service experiences and an easy mortgage
process along with low mortgage rates.
**Refinancing, taking out a home equity loan or debt
consolidation may increase the total number of monthly
payments and the total amount paid when compared to your
current situation possibly resulting in higher overall
costs. By refinancing your existing loan, the total
finance charges may be higher over the life of the loan.
* Zero Lender Fees program applies to owner occupied
residential 1st mortgages secured by a lien against your
property. Minimum loan amount is $125,000.00. Offer is
subject to underwriting approval. Not all applicants
will be approved. Full documentation & property
insurance required. Terms, conditions and restrictions
apply. Some up front fees apply that are credited back
at funding.
*Third party fees apply. Borrower is responsible for new
loan interest costs, outstanding property liens, taxes,
insurance, appraisal, association fees, title insurance,
private mortgage insurance, certifications, settlement
fees, and any elected loan discount points.
